Standard Delivery
All items unless otherwise stated will be delivered to you within 10 workings days. We aim to send all items that are held in stock within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Those whcih are up to 1 kilo will be sent to you 2nd Class Recorded Delivery and will need to be signed for, items which exceed 1 Kilo will be sent via Royal Mail, which should arrive with you within 3 - 5 working days.
Made to order will be despatched to you directly from the Designer. You will be contacted by email and/or telephone to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Next Day Delivery
Any in stock item can be sent to you on Next Day delivery if ordered before 11.00am the day before. If you have any questions regarding the Next Day service please do not hesitate to contact us on either+44 (0) 845 680 8443 or email: canyouhelp@thegreenhaus.co.uk. Next Day Delivery is charged by weight and incurs a minimum fee of £10.00

If you are not satisfied with your order please inform us immediately and we will endeavour to resolve any issues to your satisfaction. We offer a 'no quibble money back guarantee' policy if the product is returned in perfect and saleable condition. You will be refunded the full amount as charged by us.
